Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Signed or personalized items may require additional handling time.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Method and Cost
Paperback orders are currently shipped within the United States using USPS Media Mail.
Standard shipping is currently $6.50 per order, unless a different shipping amount or method is displayed at checkout.
Shipping charges are shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Time
Delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates and begin after your order has been shipped. Black Emerald Press cannot guarantee a specific delivery date once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it.
Black Emerald Press is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.
Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipment notification.
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows that a package is delayed or has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next step.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local postal carrier.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.
