Welcome to Lauren M Hayes! I’m dedicated to giving you the very best in advice on everything a stay at home mom would need to know, with a focus on Parenting, Food, a little Fun and last but most definitely not least, You or your needs!
Though I may be a newbie at this whole blog thing, (just started in 2023 and it’s only February) I am by no means a newbie to life. I’m a 40 something mother of 2 school-aged children and I currently work from home on this blog. Also, I’m writing a YA novel and want to take you on this journey with me as I go from rough draft to published author one day. We’ve all got to start somewhere.
As we go on this journey together, I want to pass along a few tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way to make my life as a busy mother simpler. And I’m thrilled you’re on this journey with me.

Where this all began
I got married right after graduating college to my college sweetheart. We moved to California to pursue our dreams of making films. My husband started an entertainment company right out of our two-bedroom apartment while I helped support us with various corporate jobs in the entertainment industry.
Two kids later, we decided to relocate to Georgia where I stay at home with the kids and my husband grows his business. But of course, getting stir crazy just taking care of the house and home, I decided to start this blog with the hopes of helping women with their everyday lives and challenges.
On the side, I write. I’ve always been a writer. So while I blog, I’m also writing a novel and documenting my journey here. This is very much my next chapter and I’m so thankful you’re joining me.
